Jetmar Posted January 14, 2020 Posted January 14, 2020 (edited) Hi, I practise non-guided bombing and noticed camera view (VDI TV mode) shaking while aiming free fall bomb. Is it a bug or I am doing something wrong. The shake is every 3-4 seconds so it is impossible to aim accurately. Thanks Edited January 14, 2020 by Jetmar
draconus Posted January 15, 2020 Posted January 15, 2020 (edited) Well, the aircraft is not perfectly stable and the camera has 4x or 10x magnification which translates into more movement. Jetmar Posted January 15, 2020 Author Posted January 15, 2020 Thanks, not exactly. I mean Bomb Impact Point Pipper is jumping so it is hard to aim when in COMPUTER PILOT/CCIP RELEASE MODE. TCS follows this Pipper and so jumps every 3-4 seconds.
draconus Posted January 15, 2020 Posted January 15, 2020 Pipper can be bugged like this especially on slopes and mountains. Make a short video to report. It's more noticable when targeting with Zuni rockets. Win10 i7-10700KF 32GB RTX4070S Quest 3 T16000M VPC CDT-VMAX TFRP FC3 F-14A/B F-15E CA SC NTTR PG Syria
mars Posted January 17, 2020 Posted January 17, 2020 My friend and I are having this same issue. When lined up to do manual bombing the pipper "jumps" up and down the fall line randomly, making it very hard to hit anything. We have the problem with Mk-82s and Zuni rockets. We are playing in a MP server and have done alignment to min. for weapon release (if this makes a difference I don't know). I don't know how to record a track but I will see if my friend can. Mars
Jetmar Posted January 27, 2020 Author Posted January 27, 2020 Well, it seems that the issue is only with targets on the sea ( ships).
