the active systems / inital state of an airplane in a mission changes with updates?!

Hi. I have a strange observation, which I just need help with. I created some missions for the F18 half a year ago. They were all fine. If I play the mission today, the F18 just starts pitching up with 3Gs and won't stop.It seems like if an airplane is updated some systems have other inital states after that update. Seems like if a new system has been added, it is unpredictable if the system is on or off by default. Had a comparable issue with the F14 with an instant action mission by heatblur. I was wondering why the F14 was so unstable. Turned out one of the three stabilisation systems (on the lower left panel) was off. In every other mission it is on by default. Now similar things happen on the "just dog fight server" for me. I just cant use IFF in the F18 any more. But if i fly the 8v8 mission which starts mid air IFF works fine. Shouldnt a spawn in mid air not always have the aircraft start with the exact same systems being turned or or respectivley off? Any ideas?
