Engine startup sounds

I was recently doing a single player mission in the Hornet and noticed the startup sound of my AI wingman sounds way more realistic than mine. Especially during that spool up howl that the F404 makes during startup.

 

On the player Hornet it's too high pitch and short while the AI it's a but lower and longer which is kind of what the actual Hornet sounds like....
