[RESOLVED]black screen whilst starting up DCS

I have a problem with my DCS, when I am starting it up. when I am starting it up I can see the screen with starting up an logging in. after that I can see the dcs logo in a windowed screen, and after that the screen just stays black.

please attach your dcs log it can be found here it should give us some clues

 

C:\Users\yourname\Saved Games\DCS\Logs

 

change it from .log to .txt before attaching it and it will upload or zip it.

it looks like a unofficial mod or edit is the problem

 

go here C:\Users\jayva\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta

 

delete the mission editor folder and restart DCS.

 

If that does not help rename you dcs folder

 

C:\Users\jayva\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta to C:\Users\jayva\Saved Games\DCS.openbetabackup

 

keeping it as a backup restart dcs a new one will be created. if this works you can moved your input folder and mission or liveries back to the new one.
