HR-Crumble Posted February 8, 2020 Posted February 8, 2020 Hi guys as the subject suggests I’m using the 5 Pro. I’m finding however that when I look high and right the TrackIR stops and then stutters. High and left no issues. This happens in DCS and in the TrackIR app. For ref my pro is mounted on my left side and the camera right in the centre line of the monitor. Anyone got any thoughts? Do I need to move the camera slightly left?? Thanks in advance. Matt Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Scotch75 Posted February 8, 2020 Posted February 8, 2020 Hey Matt, Yes moving your camera slightly left should help the field of view for the TrackIR. I hold my headset up to the middle of the screen, then slide the camera to be directly in line with the Pro LEDs. That should give a good neutral position. Cheers! WOPR Posted February 8, 2020 Posted February 8, 2020 I try to center the camera's FOV on the LEDs and make sure nothing is blocking the LEDs as you turn your head. I.e. If you have a moveable boom mic in the up position, you may need to move it to the down position to prevent the LEDs from being blocked.
