Game hangs on DCS logo with back screen.

I've got this issue with a fresh, vanilla install of 2.5.6.43872 - the PC has never had DCS installed before, and there's nothing else on the PC except the operating system and a couple of system utilities.

 

It hangs maybe 60% of the time, and once it has failed to start the only way to get DCS running again is by rebooting the machine.

 

On the PC that I am retiring from DCS useage 2.5.6.43872 starts every time without fail. In fact I can't ever remember DCS crashing or failing to load.

 

 

The biggest differences between the two machines - if that's got any bearing on whatever's happening are :-

 

Old PC - Intel processor, AMD graphics, Win 7

New PC - AMD processor, Nvidia graphics, Win 10

Ok so here is the error I get,

 

Game will start and the I enter the black screen with the dcs logo before the main menue it hangs there.

 

But here is some weird behavior I noticed.

 

It will load successfully first time game is started after restart of PC, after that it hangs.

 

It will load successfully evert time when I disconnect the internet.

 

What log files do you guys need if any?

 

I have been getting this for about the last 4 updates in Open Beta but it only does it if I try to do other stuff while the game is loading...like Alt Tab to a different screen or type in Discord on a different monitor. If I I just let it load between startup and mission load screens, all is okay!
