F16C Porpoising

Our group has been experiencing periodic uncontrolled porpoising at speeds above 380 knots descending from high altitudes. We checked Pitot heat etc, with no joy. Also, at the same time we will lose both analog and digital speed readings.

 

Any help would be appreciated.
