Hi There,

Just got the F15C and trying to set up my control mappings but cannot get the throttle assigned to the throttle slider on my joystick so tried with my mates and cannot get it set on his either even though he has it set that way on HIS DCS World with the same aircraft.

Throttle slider works fine on X-Plane 11

Any ideas please?

For what its worth I'm having the same problem with a Logitech Extreme 3D ... I cannot get the throttle control (presses for and aft) to map to the throttle on the A-10C Warthog. For me this mapping works fine in MSFX but not here.

Based upon you having no responses and the same for me I don't think there is a solution. I finally gave up and mapped the A key to "Throttle Both Up" and the Z key to "Throttle Both Down".

It is simply stupid that the throttle controls on popular joysticks don't automatically map properly but that's just the way it is (for me anyway).

This year sometime I'm going to get the TM Warthog HOTAS and some rudder pedals but right at $650 that's not an expense I'm willing to invest in a game.

Sorry I could not be of greater help.

I was SO wrong ... as soon as I posted this I solved my problem ... hope it will solve yours.

In the Control Options -> Axis Commands I went to Throttle Both and double clicked the square that applied to my joystick. I then cycled the slider for an aft and it picked it up ... describing it as JOY_SLIDER1.

Thanks for helping ME out!
