Hi all -

I've had the paddle switch (button 4 on the warthog) added as a modifier for a long time, but am trying to remove it now as I'm trying out a new way of setting up my stick. I'm not using any mapping software, just doing everything straight from dcs which has usually worked just fine (using the openbeta)

Problem I'm running into is that I can select the button to 'remove' from the modifier section just fine, but after closing out the game and reopening, the modifier is back.

Anyone else run into this? I ran a repair on dcs, saved the profile after I remove the modifier, not using any mods....

Thanks!

C://users/***you**/Saved Games/DCS and then either in the aircraft section or the input section (can't check which one atm), remove the diff.lua files.

You then normally start out fresh next time.

Personal Wish List: A6 Intruder, Vietnam theater, decent ATC module, better VR performance!

Thanks a lot for your help. I went looking around in that folder and actually found a couple of 'modifiers.lua' files. Opened them up and saw the listing for 'button 4' along with the default modifiers, so I backed the files up and deleted them.

Things are back to working as expected so far - thanks again
