Wheel break binding.

Hi, pretty new to DCS. Can someone explain the binding left and right wheel breaks and then ‘inverting’ the axis. Can I do 1 button for left and 1 for right and away I go ? It’s the ‘invert’ that confuses me when I read up on it. Thanks.
