[UNABLE TO REPRODUCE] 30% lower fps than the F/A-18C in VR

I assume this is normal but posting as I can't see anyone else mentioning it: I am getting 30-50% less fps for this plane than the F/A-18C and I'm surprised as I'd assume they'd have the same codebase/cockpit detail etc.

 

 

I was interested in getting it but this could be a major issue as in VR it's unplayable for me. Are other people also getting much lower fps in this plane?

I purchased the F-16 this morning, my main is F/A-18C, and I only fly in VR (HP Reverb, 60Hz).

 

I flew the Free Flight instant mission a couple of times (about 40 mins in total) and about 10 mins of cold and dark (before I got distracted by NATOPS, erm, work).

 

I'd say the VR experience was comparable to the F/A-18C (so far). I'll know more tonight.

 

Which map and/or mission where you using? I will try the same sort in both F/A-18C and F-16.
