Can´t use the F-14

Hi, so I dowloaded the module on Steam, and when i join DCS MP I cant use the F-14B (but is shows that I own it). The same goes for SP missions, when I load it only shows map.

 

I tried everything, 3 times reainstalled the module, tried integrity check and it found nothing.

 

Is there a possibility that permision are fighting ? because it was in november on free weekend and i forgot to remove it before it ended.
