Will the Jf-17 be able to take and land on the carrier if not will it be updated to land on a carrier as part of a future block 2 update?

Negative, the plane is not design to TO/land on a carrier.

 

Carrier based A/C need to reinforce landing gear and airframe, which will add A LOT of weight, usually 1-1.5 ton. The JEFF emtry weight is just 6.5 ton.:D

 

Of course in the game, U can land on carrier with the drag chute, if U are slow and light:megalol:

and carrier is moving fast against a fast wind. quite possible.
