TWS works perfectly with MSI integration, need to just back port how it handles HAFUs to RWS with MSI boxed
No, TWS and RWS are different. TWS displays all trackfiles as HAFUs (at least the priority 10), including ownship radar only. RWS does that too, with the big caveat that only raw hits are displayed for ownship radar only trackfiles (unless cursored over or designated or I think if an AMRAAM is in flight against them).

Actually no, far from real. TWS also suffers from the PPLI correlation bug and others.

But I always get HAFUs both bottom and tops never bricks. What correlation bug are you referring too?

The correlation bug is PPLI trackfiles not being correlated to onboard tracks on the Attack format (or the Az/El). Compare the Attack and SA formats. It really sucks cause what's supposed to be an identical MSI picture, just presented differently between the three displays, is messed up due to it.

Well I was doing a little reading in manual, and the bricks in LTWS with MSI boxed are displayed when there is no offboard donor trackfile correlated. like you said, earlier but What it does not say is whether SURV icons have the same functionality as F/F. If they do then we should get HAFUs instead of bricks in LTWS and have that identical picture across the formats with a friendly AWACS in the mission Right? But after reading the manual more closely I think its just F/F donor information that can be correlated in LTWS. In that case only F/F can give you the top HAFU in LTWS, and the SURV tracks would disappear when onboard sensor sees them, exactly what we see now. All that is just a guess on my part, after reading the manual a little more. Its somewhat confusing to me, and pretty vague.

The other thing I'm sure of is what modes can transmit over MIDS, because if its only TWS then that would explain why it doesn't work with the AI F/F donors either as they don't use TWS AFAIK.

However I'm not sure about this correlation bug in TWS, because in that mode I AM seeing the same picture across all three formats?? Correlated full HAFUs on Radar Attack, AZ/EL, and SA?
