Racoon76 Posted April 10, 2020 Posted April 10, 2020 (edited) Hello, I don't understand how to slave correcctly the WMD7 to the A/G radar. 1) i set the SOI on the radar screen on MAP mode. 2) I switch on the pod on SLAVE mode I got 2 questions: 1) When i désignate on the radar screen a SPI, the pod work correctly. But after that when i put the SOI on the pod to lock a target, the radar can't slave anymore my pod. I have to switch my pod to SP then SLAV to make it work again with the radar. i saw on the radar screen SP/Slave. What does it mean ? 2) Sometimes when i designate a SPI on the radar, it switch to FFT mode (black screen ???). I have to switch it to Map mode to make it work again . What is this mode ? Thanks for your help Edited April 10, 2020 by Racoon76
foxwxl Posted April 10, 2020 Posted April 10, 2020 TGP SLAVE make TGP salve to SPI(ie. radar designated target). If U have point tracked a target, U may have to unlock and let the TGP slave to SPI again. Now you set TGP as SOI, and designate a target, the SPI has moved. If you want the radar to follow, AG radar should be set to SLV too. Note that set SLV/ SP will reset radar mode to MAP-RBM. FTT stands for fix target track, the radar will stop scaning and focus all its energy on the target like the STT, so U will get a black screen. Deka Ironwork Tester Team
Racoon76 Posted April 10, 2020 Author Posted April 10, 2020 Just to be sure. Is that mean when i slave a sensor it's alway to the SPI ? and if i change the SOI that change the SPI source ? That will explain why when a put the SOI on the TGP to adjust my target point i have to slave it again if the SPI change from the A/G radar. Thanks

Thanks SLAVE always mean to follow the SPI(by default the current WPT), not a specific sensor. And SOI can define where is the current SPI is, all other sensor will follow the SPI if they are not tracking something already. Deka Ironwork Tester Team
