VR 17.04.

as you can see in screenshot (spitfire, normandy), on ground 15 fps, low VR settings (didn't want to reduce visibility-range as that drastically decreases immersion imo). (only high in the air I received 40 fps and above, which would be a nice-to-have on ground aswell, or at least 25fps)
