aleader Posted April 18, 2020 Posted April 18, 2020 (edited) Order #938284 I tried submitting a ticket, but it expects me to upload a file (why?) for a payment question and I was unable to proceed without uploading something. I recently purchased the F86 Sabre and Museum Relic campaign. I realize (now) that I get no additional miles for the Sabre purchase as I used miles to buy it (yes, I know this caveat is posted). This is a real disappointment as it effectively more than halves the number of miles I receive (could have received 2490 for the Sabre). Next time I'll spend the miles on campaigns instead as I am forgoing less miles on those. Anyways, I should have received approximately 500 miles for the purchase of the campaign, but didn't get any (they were separate transactions...Sabre and Museum Relic). When can I expect my miles to be added? Thanks. EDIT: I see now that a select few campaigns don't have ED miles, but I'm not sure if it just shows up like that because I already bought it and would be inelgible for miles now? Yep, guess so. I didn't even think to look at the guy's handle (that's what she said). Can anyone comment on the ticket system for support? Is this the only way to ask a support question (on the forum)? "I mean, I guess it would just be a guy who you know, grabs bananas and runs. Or, um, a banana that grabs things.
