[REPORTED]Dedicated server Late activated ships do not activate

Please see attached mission -works fine in SP and in MP when run from the client... but not on a -norender server.

 

Ship will appear after one minute.

 

I have not tested if it matters if it is visible before activation, or not.

visible before activation makes no difference as far as I can tell, they still do not active ( move or show on F10 map)
