But is there any timeline on when the external lights issue is going to be updated?

 

 

With the updated lighting in the maps, especially in the PG, a lot more servers are running the night time missions.

 

 

The F14 lights however are so dim that you really cannot see them unless you are almost right on top of the plane. It makes for some very difficult night formation flying when trying to watch a lead or wingman.

 

 

I know this issue has been there since the release, but it has been over a year now for something that although seems trivial is still very important in different situations.

 

 

It's time to upgrade the old bulbs to the brighter LED's! :pilotfly:

It depends a bit on ED; when they finished their new lighting changes. As you have probably observed now, cockpit lights etc are much too saturated and so on. Thus we are holding back to wait for the end result, only then will it make sense to adjust our own lights.
