Does anyone sell the TM Warthog throttle and base but with an F-16C grip instead of an A-10C grip?

My guarantee: if my first two bombs don't destroy you, the next one's free

Uhm... there is no difference between these two grips. At least not the ones from TM, they just renamed the Stick into F-16C Stick when the F-16C Viper DCS module launched early access and they started to sell the base separate from the grip and vice versa. It's a marketing thing, nothing else. If you want a specific F-16C Stick replica you have to go for Realsimulator FSSB R3 force sensitive base and their F-16 grip family i guess.

The problem isn't getting an F-16 stick, it is finding a modern throttle for a reasonable price. TM really missed the boat in not making an updated Cougar throttle using lessons learned to make a competitive product with decent tech and quality at a competitive price. They also should have made a product improved version of the Warthog throttle reconfigured to match their Hornet grip. Missed opportunities! At some point, I will probably buy the Winwing Hornet HOTAS just to get their combined throttle/control panel assembly while the stick collects dust. If TM offered decent F-16 and F-18 throttles at reasonable prices, I would gladly buy them, because together they would still be cheaper than the Winwing and give me exactly what I want/need instead of having to buy a stick I will rarely if ever use.

My personal opinion is that the Hornet throttles are similar enough to the Warthog that I wouldn't be interested in a separate throttle. About the only things missing are an update for the TDC and a radar elevation wheel...

But I will 100% buy a new Viper throttle. I'd like to think they're not completely oblivious and working on that as the next flightsim control.
