Unwanted Activation Prompt

Whenever I start DCS I get a prompt to enter a serial number to activate Flaming Cliffs 3. No offense to anyone who has or wants Flaming Cliffs 3, but I have not purchased it, nor do I want to purchase it.

I looked at the forum about activation problems, all of which seemed to be opposite of the problem I have. I read the "Some Activation Problems" page, downloaded the reg file and tried that to no avail.

Before I see about manually editing my reg files (something I am normally loathe to even consider), I would like to know if that will/should fix my problem. Using the downloaded reg file was even more than I really wanted to do, after my bad history in the early 1990s with the blue screen of death.

Please ensure you are running the latest version of DCS, all modules are now keyless.
