The flight lead won't taxi out of the hanger. I did my startup and radioed on the F10 menu to him that I'm ready and he contacted the tower for taxi. I started to roll and he never left the hanger.

Had the same issue, you can't start moving before he radios you that he's rolling or he'll get stuck.

There's about 20 seconds of time between his call to tower and starting taxi.

Same here.

 

EDITED: well, it is not exact... finally I decided to taxi and take off and when I was in route to WP1 Chevy 1 started to taxi.
