Radios (even Ground Crew) don't work for RIO in multiplayer

When RIO requests anything on the radio, nobody replies (correct mic buttons used)

When RIO requests Ground Crew for power or Air Supply, ground crew reply correctly, but power / air is not connected to the aircraft.

 

Radios (both) work only for pilot.

 

EDIT: Radio don't work for RIO when Pilot hosts server and RIO joins

EDIT2: Ground Crew never listens to RIO, they reply "copy" and "power is now on" but in fact never connect anything. Only Pilot can command to Ground Crew

Happens to me too, very frustrating. I think I read somewhere that it happens when the pilot is hosting the server. Have you tried using the radios as rio in a public multiplayer server?

I've never tried contacting the ground crew as a RIO, but I have no issues contacting the AWACS or the tanker as a RIO on the radio (simple comms disabled).

RIO can't use radios when Pilot hosts a server.

However when RIO hosts server, and Pilot joins - radios works fine.

 

However in both cases Ground Crew don't listen to the RIO, they say "copy", "power is now on" but in fact they do nothing, and really connect power only upon Pilot request.

I guess that explains why I never had this issue, because when I'm a RIO I'm either the host or we're both clients.
