Animation glitch when using anti radiation missile 2 scheme

Video is slowed down so the glitch is visible.

 

if I use direct ignition setting from pylon then everything is alright.

 

But using delayed ignition is causing this glitch.

Any Idea how to solve this?

is the missile or pylon set to rail launched?

The pylon is set for drop then ignite.

 

Nothing is set on missile
