How to install a mod ?

Hi,

 

Simple question, but I am not able to install any mods!

 

I tried JSGME, but the software just stop working after few hours (?!?) of detecting mods, so I install OVGME.

 

This one works better, and I install Helipad and the Marsden Farp (See the screenshot).

 

The problem is I am not able to find them on the ME.

 

So, what's wrong ?

I find sometimes I have to "double nest" some mods to get them to populate correctly in the required Saved Games subfolder from OvGME. On a mod giving you trouble, after activating it in OvGME, go view the Saved Games directory structure of that "troublesome" mod and make sure that it's folder structure is correct. You can also manually drop the mod into Saved Games as a test to see if it works properly before putting it in your OvGME source folder.

Attention, some mods you can find are not OvGME ready. Some time you have to "prepare" them to be ready for install ;)
