Do I get ED miles when buying a Module as a gift?

When I buy a module as a gift to give it to someone else, who is getting the ED miles, or is nobody getting miles?

In the "ED miles rules" there is nothing about gifting.

it maybe due to - ED Miles cannot be applied to existing orders and already purchased products.
