Not able to get out of fullscreen

The normal alt enter does not work.

It works OK in other sims - P3D.

 

A bit awkward when you want fix something like Trackir, and you have quit sim.

 

Also noticed in videos that you may call up other stuff like control setup menu and still be in fullscreen.

Are you able to hit CTRL-ALT-DEL and bring up the Task Manager? Usually if Alt-Enter doesn't work, I do that, which will let me see the Windows task bar and then click on another application.
