I only play MP so this is what I experienced. I am getting a lot of ghost inputs which has never happened before. I'm running X56 on a powered USB hub. which I know has complaints of ghost inputs but this did not happen during last patch and does not happen with any other aircraft. Also, when coming in for landing on regular airfield, the nose strut is in the kneel position which prevents me from turning NWS on and always causing me to spin out. It was NOT like this in last patch.

landing gear will randomly extend while in flight, flaps will deploy, I won't be able to use PAL mode, something will be preventing me from engaging PAL mode. That's about all that I've noticed so far. Thanks for the quick reply!

Could you do me a favor please? Delete your inputs (make sure to back them up before of course), and see if you still get the ghosting.

In that case I would suggest that the issue lies with your stick. Since no one else is reporting similar (which usually happens quicky in the bug section), it would point to user side, or in this case peripheral issues.

Do you also have a 2nd stick with which you could try? This could show further if it is stick related or not. I would be leaning, just by experience, to 80% atm on the side that it is.

I had the exact same problem with the same hotas (X56) a few days ago. Systems were activated and deactivated at intervals of time of a few minutes, gear, flaps, airbrake, hud modes, etc.

I decided to look closely at the joystick driver software to find any irregularity, and found that every so often all the the buttons are activated for less than a second (throttle). It never happened to me before so i changed the device to another USB port and problem fixed.

SteezyActual, try plugging the X56 directly to the computer. X56's are notorious for giving ghost inputs on poorly powered USB hubs.

If the powered USB hub isn't the problem then it's most certainly the throttle.

I've had to completely strip down my X-55 Throttle before due to this (had to strip the cables and use heat shrink to cover the frayed wires).

Unfortunately it's not a case of "if" but "when" it happens. It is quite easy to fix, but it's a bit fiddly and not to mention irritating. They're just not very well designed. However you can do a fix to prevent it happening again ie. wrapping the wire bundles in coiled wire bindings.

Thank you for your input guys, hope fixing it will be easy for you, Steezey, I am almost certain now that it is your stick after reading this. Please try what the guys suggested above, start by seeing if the stick gets enough power, switching USB port and only then ofc what Wavehopper suggested, maybe he can help you with how to, in case it is needed.

Thanks for being a great community as always, guys!
