Vekkinho Posted December 4, 2008 Posted December 4, 2008 So does anyone know the scenario of Brave Heart exercise? Falcons vs Fulcrums?!! [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
RvETito Posted December 4, 2008 Posted December 4, 2008 Nothing specific, just some joint flights between our MiG-29's and greek F-16C's block 52+ (APG-68(V9) radars, JHMCS, IRIS-T missiles). We had a lot of guests in the last few years, I guess it has been our turn to go abroad. "See, to me that's a stupid instrument. It tells what your angle of attack is. John Cool Posted December 13, 2008 Posted December 13, 2008 Bulgarian MiG-29 launching an R-73K dogfight missile in VS (Blizhnij-Boj) mode. As we can see on HUD - ILS (Indikator na Lobovym Stiekle), an electro-optical passive system (TP) is engaged. http://pl.youtube.com/watch?v=UaDBOiYq0r4&feature=related МАССАНДРА: "Микоян Артём Славный Сын Армянского Народа Дарит Радость Авиаторам".
Vekkinho Posted December 13, 2008 Posted December 13, 2008 Yeah, we've seen that one and as U can see no cas and alt on HUD indicated in VS. Note also the DLZ flickering prior the launch! [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
Kusch Posted April 26, 2009 Author Posted April 26, 2009 An A-10 Thunderbolt II taxis down the runway to take off on a training mission April 15 with Bulgarian SU-25s parked in the background at Bezmer Air Base, Bulgaria. The A-10s from the 81st Fighter Squadron at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany, deployed here to support a U.S. and Bulgarian air forces joint training exercise. Give me "flying telephone pole" (SA-2)!
