Can only assign Four Targets

I started using JDAM's and they work good but in the F10 map I have selected 8 targets and I have loaded 8 GBU-38's on the airplane. When I go into the kneeboard and hit RAlt + Rshift + 8 it only imports 4 targets. Looking at the CAS page in the Harrier I actually see all 8 targets listed there but I can not assign anything higher than T4. I am wondering if this is a Harrier issue or a DCS issue? I am using the stable release 2.5.5. I have watched tutorials on how to do it but others do not seem to be having the 4 target limit that I am.

 

 

My workaround has been to fire the first 4 and then go into the CAS page and assign 1-4 to the remaining target points and then firing a second round but I would like to figure out why I am limited and others do not seem to be.

You are limited to T1 - T4 as you are using 2.5.5
