Foxis Posted June 4, 2020 Posted June 4, 2020 I have some issues with DCS after having a system and setup that previously performed flawlessly. All other apps and games also run without problems currently. A week ago they requested a new batch of logs, but since then there has been no activity in my ticket despite my repeated reminders. I have been polite and constructive, but they have seemingly just decided to let my ticket die. No replies, nothing. Is that how you do business, ED? Ignoring customers? I will definitely not spend another cent if this keeps up... And I am the kind of guy trying to support companies I like, in EDs case by buying directly instead of via Steam. Anyone care to share their experiences? Have I just been unlucky? Thanks in advance!
Rudel_chw Posted June 4, 2020 Posted June 4, 2020 Anyone care to share their experiences? Have I just been unlucky? Maybe ... I’m a DCS customer since 2013, but I’ve never needed to raise a support ticket .. my issues have usually been solved on the Forum, trough helpful people giving their advice. Harker Posted June 4, 2020 Posted June 4, 2020 Last time I used customer support on the website, I got an answer on the same day. It's been about a year since, though, so I don't know if anything is changed. In total, I think I've contacted them three times and they promptly answered all three.
