Modman 6.0.3.1 wont start

Ok, Ive lived with Modman now for over a year. It have worked fine and I have installed all mods manual. But now when I saw that this new version was out, I thought Id give it a go. BUT, when I installed and try to launch it, something goes wrong.

 

First it asks me to locate Lockon.exe, and I browse and select it. Then it launches and I get this window (see image) and it hangs for like 30s and then crashes :( So Im unable to start it...Anyone had this problem and does any one know how to fix it??

btw, I have reinstalled Modman 2 times with the dlls selected and everything.

Did you follow the installation instructions? If you had an older (6.0.0.6 or earlier) version installed, you needed to uninstall all your mods and the older version first. As a matter of course, I normally uninstall everything, anyway, prior to installing a newer version. Less chance of an error that way.

Ok, I didnt have any older modman, but the main problem is then, Ive installed all my mods manually :doh::cry: :lol: So I guess Im toast then :megalol:

Anyway... X-man I think that your manually installed mods are the cause of your issue, but I'm only taking a guess here.

 

If you want to be sure, feel free to ask on the Mod Manager Support Forum on C6 (english welcomed). I hope the dev team can answer you quicker that way ;)

Thanks for the tip, Azrayen :) Not having Modman is not that big of a deal though, Ive yet to find a mod that cannot be installed manually ;)

You won't for those which are ModMan compatible...

 

But without ModMan it's such a pain, sometimes ;)
