MFD question

I switch to AA mode or dogfighting,

 

The screen pops up on the MFD that indicates which missile I have selected.

 

I press Inventory and then SMS to try and get back to the missile selection screen but no luck.

 

When in SMS, how do you get back to the weapon selected screen ?

You've gone into the MFD pages menu where you select which page you're looking at.

 

In the F-16 each MFD can have 3 different pages open at once, the three you have open live in the center three buttons on the bottom. You can view any of these pages by either selecting them with the button below them, or pressing the DMS in the direction of the MFD you want to change will cycle between them in order.

 

In your shot you currently have SMS open as the first page, HSD open as the second page, no third page, and you're in the selection menu to change the second page to something other than HSD.

 

When you select INV from the SMS, it'll open the Inventory overlay and INV will be highlighted. To close that and go back to the SMS, select INV again, don't select SMS.
