MackTheKnight Posted June 17, 2020 Posted June 17, 2020 (edited) Hi All, Really enjoying the P47, but for the life of me I can't figure out what I'm missing. Is there a fuse or switch hidden somewhere for the Oxygen system? I can't seem to get it to turn on from a cold-start, and suffer from hypoxia at high altitudes of course. I'm probably missing something simple, but would appreciate it if someone could enlighten me. :helpsmilie: Thanks! -Mack Edited June 17, 2020 by MackTheKnight
Tinkickef Posted June 17, 2020 Posted June 17, 2020 The odd time I have ventured high enough, the blinker has always started automatically at around 12000ft or so. You are not turning on the red emergency valve are you? That will drain the system in a few minutes. Voyager Posted June 17, 2020 Posted June 17, 2020 There appears to be a known issue with the oxygen system that's causing it to run out after about 30m of high altitude flight. Might be what you are running into: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=276620
MackTheKnight Posted June 17, 2020 Author Posted June 17, 2020 Thanks Guys and especially to Voyager for pointing out the 30 minute bug. I think that's what I'm seeing! -Mack
