pabletesoy Posted June 17, 2020 Posted June 17, 2020 Hello, I am having a strange problem. When I run DCS the mouse starts to work extrange, it doesn't respond correctly to movements, it,s seems to have a hard time reacting. I know it sounds strange, but I have seen this behavior in two differents PCs , may be it is because a high graphic parameters in DCS settings.. Any suggestion? Thanks!
Mustang Posted June 17, 2020 Posted June 17, 2020 This is usually the problem with a mouse set to 1000hz polling rate, DCS does not like this and prefers a polling rate of around 125hz for smooth movement. Check with this site to test your mouse https://zowie.benq.com/ja/support/mouse-rate-checker.html
pabletesoy Posted June 17, 2020 Author Posted June 17, 2020 I have numbers between 80 and 100, a few times higher, next to 120... the rate can be changed in windos or I should buy another mouse?

It sounds like you're already close to 125hz already so no a new mouse probably won't solve your problem, it might well be that you have DCS graphics settings too high for your PC to cope with like you say, try reducing until framerates improve.
