In the mission briefing it states:

 

COMM 1 Presets:

1 - Carrier/RDR: 127.50

2- E2 AWACS: 251.00

 

COMM 2 Presets:

1- Package: 305.00

2- S3 Tanker: 252.00

 

in the mission editor, the package is also on 127.50, not 305.

 

ARC 2 channel 1 is correctly set for 305
