dcs f18/c hornet button box build help required

Hello im building a 15 switch on/off toggle switch box,

 

12 on /off toggles . 2pin connection

 

3 on/off led toggles. 3 pin connection

 

i have an adruino pro micro atmega32u4 5v 16mhz micro usb board

 

Im looking for advice with regards to wiring connections and programming please ?

most likely they share the code, and you will have to carefully re-assign the pins for your connections
