Ok, since this one could be quite hard and none other pictures of this exact plane exist (at least I couldn't find any) I'll give a couple of hints. It's Russian but not any of the Lavochkins. Hope it won't be impossible. ;)

Oh, yes, you are the winner. I had to do some research to find out what's going on here. There was a mix up on my end with the MiG and Polikarpov designations. They have a strange relationship and that creates some confusing aircraft designations.

The "correct" answer would have been MiG-3 with АШ-82 engine.

I will post a more detailed report when I come back in a couple of hours.
