First CPU Core always at 100%

First core getting stuck at 100% usage, even in the main menu.

The problem goes away if I disable and re-enable that core in task manager.

I am not sure when exactly problem appeared. Maybe after new DCS version or maybe after windows 2004 update.

Anyone else experiencing the same issue?
