Unable to refuel to 100% and rearm after landing

I only encountered this bug 3 days ago on the F18. After landing the aircraft, I tried to refuel and rearm. However, it only refuels to 9880 lbs of fuel and gets stuck there. I've checked with other players in the multiplayer server, they did not encounter any same problem as me.

 

I am running on STEAM version of the game and also tried to check the integrity of the game but to no success. Would like to seek assistance on how to remedy this. Thank you.

Please refer to track attached. You can view the part in the hanger before I taxi out as the fuel won't top-up beyond the point. Even after I tried taking off and landed, the refuel would not reach 100%.

I have tried to reproduce but have been unable to.

 

In DCS your external tanks are not refuelled, you need to rearm them to refuel them, could this be what you are experiencing.
