TPR Rudder Pedals

I just got the TPR rudder system. I don't use the T.A.R.G.E.T. software with any of my other ThrustMaster gear: WartHog HOTAS, MFDs, Cougar, F18 grip...

 

TPR instructions say to download and install T.A.R.G.E.T. - my question: is it necessary to have T.A.R.G.E.T. installed to use the TPR Rudder? I don't plan on doing any scripting - I only use the functionality that is in the real-world cockpits.

 

Anyone know?

No, you don't need target. They'll work fine right out the gate
