Ground crew on Persian Gulf bug?

Hello.

 

Is there a bug in the Persian Gulf map : when i ask for ground crew (cold start), nothing happens. So it is not possible to do a cold start with some planes. :huh:

I play with the stable version of DCS.

Make sure the airport you are at is friendly, if it is neutral it will not rearm you.
