Better AI model that better matches RL capabilities

I see some odd stuff that AIs can exclusively do that Player controlled Aircraft (and the RL version) cannot.

 

Some examples include:

 

Release chaff or flares when not equipped with CM pod (Viggen & Mig21 comes to mind.)

 

Able to release Chaff or Flares exclusively, (mig21. With the CM pods, you release both Chaff and Flares when you hit the release button, but the AI can release chaff OR flares when it should be releasing both)

 

There are other examples but these two would be a good start.
