Rift S, DCS and F15 Georgian War Mission 2 - Night Issues

Hi devs,

 

After finishing an awesome 1st Mission of Georgian War, I am on my second mission and it is in the dark. I can not see anything in VR well unless I crank up my Gamma to max. There is some haze thingey around the cockpit view at all times. I dunno how to do this mission when night is super challenging to see.

 

I have Rift S.

 

Any ideas and suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Congratulations! You've found Milky Way galaxy. Don't set gamma too high so it doesn't look weird. If you see the cockpit and HUD you're fine - it's a night and you look at mountain area. Do you see cities?

I wish I can do more color settings changes than Gamma for VR. How do you see missiles coming at you at night.

 

So hard to see and apparently radar doesn't show missiles coming at me.

You rather don't see missiles coming at you at night. Your RWR will show launch warning and the missile if it's Fox-3. For the IR missiles you have to assume the bandit shoots at you when close enough and hot.
