[CANNOT REPRODUCE, MISSING TRACK FILE] FCR 1B and 2B Scan Zones

On the FCR, 1B scan and 2B scan does not change scanned height interval. Instead it changes the scanned elevations. To be more clear let me give an example: 2B scans from 10k to 20k but 1B scans from 0k to 10k; instead of 13k to 17k.
