[REPORTED]Beirut Int rwy21 approach lights

I was taxiing onto approach end of rwy 21 and noticed approach lights sticking out of the usable part of the runway (marked by arrows - for T/O only). Arrows are not the same as overrun chevrons.

Minor object error.
