amazingme Posted August 24, 2020 Posted August 24, 2020 Dora is losing fuel power when throttling up. I've never seen this behavior before. I attached this short movie (air start) together with the track. server-20200825-015629.trk Specs: Asus Z97 PRO Gamer, i7 4790K@4.6GHz, 4x8GB Kingston @2400MHz 11-13-14-32, Titan X, Creative X-Fi, 128+2x250GB SSDs, VPC T50 Throttle + G940, MFG Crosswinds, TrackIR 5 w/ pro clip, JetSeat, Win10 Pro 64-bit, Oculus Rift, 27"@1920x1080 Settings:2.1.x - Textures:High Terrain:High Civ.Traffic:Off Water:High VisRan:Low Heatblur:High Shadows:High Res:1920x1080 RoC:1024 MSAA:4x AF:16x HDR:OFF DefS: ON GCI: ON DoF:Off Lens: OFF C/G:390m Trees:1500m R:max Gamma: 1.5
iFoxRomeo Posted August 25, 2020 Posted August 25, 2020 Isn't that something that is expected? If throttle is increased, more fuel is needed and the fuelsystem must adept to this new demand. I think it's a nice feature that shows how ED looks at the small things. The Spitfire has no fuel pressure gauge, so you can't see pressure fluctuations. Bf109 doesn't show this, as the pumps(1+2) seem to produce more presssure than the gauge can show. Play with the pumps and throttle and you'll see what I mean. But the other Warbirds show fluctuations, some more(P-47) some less(P-51). Fox Spoiler PC Specs: Ryzen 9 5900X, 3080ti, 64GB RAM, Oculus Quest 3

iFoxRomeo Posted August 25, 2020 Posted August 25, 2020 Not really.. no. Mkay. So what is wrong with the behaviour? It remains inside pressure limits. Why do you think it's wrong and on what do you base this on? Fox Spoiler PC Specs: Ryzen 9 5900X, 3080ti, 64GB RAM, Oculus Quest 3

Why do you think it's wrong and on what do you base this on? FoxYou don't fly it regularly.. do it and you'll see what I mean. Engine quits after fuel starvation, especially when MW50 engaged..
