Mission editor - Allow neutral aircraft to land on Blue/Red airports too

I'd like to ask to create the possibility for Neutral coalition aircraft to land on Blue/Red coalition airstrips too. It'd help a lot in creating background traffic.

+1. Also there should be an ability to spawn neutral flights for a country that is a part of a coalition, for the same reason, as civilian traffic wouldn't be targetted.
