Request - Ability to set random start time

I think an amazing feature would be able to set up a mission with a randomized start time. Such as it could start at 8:50AM or it could just so happen one time to start at 9:30PM. I think this would be quite a nice feature to add and I can't imagine its too difficult to implement.

Many things should be possible randomize in the mission editor, and mission time should be one.

Allow to set a time period between mission can start, like 06:30 — 14:45 and dynamically all the units and triggers in the missions are synced to the random start time. If one sets mission start 06:30 — 06:30 then it will start at 06:30.

Then as well allow random unit spawn time same way, or have a waypoint activation in random time.

 

The time randomization could be as well be nice be able set with +/- values like "+/- 50 min" so it would happen in that scale from the set time. It could as well work as "+ 1 h 25 min" as anywhere between set time and 1 h 25 min from that it would happen. Or "- 1 h 25 min" as between set time and earlier than it.

 

It would be fun to be able jump in the mission and have that random start time with known time range.

Yeah just more ability to add randomness would allow the creation of more dynamic missions and give more power to creators to make cool stuff. Even adding a radius where the wypt will spawn like in ARMA would be amazing as well ontop of time randomization.

Personally, just have the mission editor pick a random date and time when you hit new.
