I'm switching from a Hotas warthog (Joestik and throttle) to an Vkb Joestick and a Virpil Throtlle, so I'm also switching from Target script to Joestick Gremling.

With the hottas warthrog I configured the curves inside Dcs. I would like to know if I should configure my curves insede JG or not.

I would also like to know if it is possible to combine Double Tap and Tempo in the same Container (to get 3 controls in the same button).

Thanks and sorry for my english.

You will have more control doing it in Gremlin than in DCS. Also you could change curve OnTheFly if you do it via Gremlin so I would advise doing it in Gremlin. Exemple here, you can't do that directly via the game.

As far as I know it isn't possible yet do to that in Gremlin.

You have too option for set curves (multiple profiles) in VKB stick firmware, via VKB DevCfg (firmware) configuration software.

Yes, you can add a vJoy device and then play with a response curve. But you can do it via DCS or like Soko1 said, do it via direct FW change in the VKB stick itself.

Thanks for the answers and sorry for not having answered before, I,ve just receive the VKB JOestik last weekend.

I prefer not to use the VKB software and do everything from the JG.

For the trim of the airplanes it is more comfortable for me to use a mini joestik that works as an axis, but DCS does not allow me to assign those controls to that mini joestik. Also, by default, there is another mini joestik that works as an axis but if you press it in the center for 3 seconds it becomes to buttons.

So, Is it possible to convert axes to buttons and buttons to axes inside JG?

Another question...

By default, the joestick allows to change a slew control ministick from axes to buttons and vice versa, by pressing the central button. That button does not appear on VKB shotware neither in the Joestick gremiling ... does anyone know how I can locate it?

Thanks.

In the VKB software, button panel, click the "Poll" box, with this option On the boxe(s) linked to the button or axis you move will light up.

Yes, I can see it. But do you know where is that button insede Jostick Gremling?

You won't see it in Gremlin until you set it to send a normal direct X button in the VKB software.

Ok, little by little..next problem.

In JG I have asigned curves to the X and Y axes, but it dosen,t work. ¿Am I doing something wrong inside JG or may be is something inherited from the VKB software? I have tried to disable the axes inside VKB shoftware but the problem continues.

The curve in Gremlin are applied to Vjoy axes, so, tick Axes - current under the Vjoy device, not under the VKB stick.

Sorry Antoine, it,a already working, it was a matter of activating / deactivating JG... sorry, I'm starting with this program and all are doubts.

Indeed each time you do a change, you have to restart the profile for the change to work.
